Description: Mid-season variety with determinate growth and regular foliage, medium to large flattened and ribbed red fruit.
Can be eaten raw or cooked, but for us, it is clearly a sauce tomato.
The fruits keep very well after cutting (which is why growers love it).
One of the best you can find at the market. But by far the best to grow in your garden. Unless your goal is to make hectoliters of sauce.
