The Seller offers for sale packets containing 15 tomato seeds.

3.Price

The prices of the products are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), all taxes included (TTC). Delivery charges are not included in the displayed price and will be added at the time of order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4.Order

The Customer can place an order via the website.

The order is considered validated once payment has been made and received by the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, including in the case of a prior dispute with the Customer or incorrect information provided during the order.

5.Payment

7.Right of withdrawal

The returned product must be intact, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days following the receipt of the returned product.

8.No germination guarantee

The seeds sold byCarrot Seedare of quality and have undergone prior testing to ensure their varietal conformity. However, the Seller cannot guarantee the germination of the seeds, which depends on many external factors (climatic conditions, cultivation techniques, environment, etc.).

The Seller cannot be held responsible in case of seed germination failure, whatever the cause.

9.Germination or varietal conformity issues

Although the Seller is not responsible for germination issues, in case of difficulty or varietal conformity problems, the Customer is invited to contact the Seller. The latter commits toto be open to discussion to find an amicable solution.

10.Liability

The Seller strives to provide accurate information about the products offered. However, they cannot be held responsible for the consequences resulting from improper use of the seeds, lack of care, or unsuitable growing conditions.

The Seller is in no way responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may occur as a result of the purchase, use, or inability to use the seeds.

11.Protection of personal data
