Description:
Modern variety developed as a "competition tomato". Crossbreed of the varieties Wes and Big Zac, the Wes X Big Zac tomato is a very large tomato red, dense, and heavy! Tomatoes that easily reach a kilogram.
WARNING: good genetics alone are not enough to be a champion of the largest tomato! To break records, it will require care worthy of a champion.
Surprisingly, like the Big Zac, it is "not bad" for a competition tomato. A good taste of heirloom tomato.
Tomato that can be eaten raw in salads or cooked or in sauce.
