Ananasnoe (pineapple heart)
Origin:
Ukraine, (Aleksej Ivanovic Kulik)
Description:
Mid-season variety with indeterminate growth and regular foliage, heart-shaped fruit of medium size
Fruity, sweet, with a hint of acidity (but just the right amount). A complex flavor and a very nice length on the palate... In short, it's just too good!
Excellent tomato raw, but can be added to sauce to make it sweeter
Warning: very fragile plant, low yielding, susceptible to blight and splitting
A plant that will bring you as much pleasure as frustration...
Rating out of 10 (taste): 10/10

We grow this variety outdoors, but if you have the option, prefer to grow it in a greenhouse.
